Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays after 12 pm EST, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Timelines:

  • We offer a variety of carriers and shipping speeds to choose from at checkout. The shipping speed you select is an estimate of when it will arrive. Due to circumstances out of our control, shipping delays can occur.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • In rare cases, particularly with international orders, the shipping cost shown at checkout may appear unusually high. If this happens, feel free to contact us before placing your order, we may be able to manually check for a more affordable shipping option.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

International Orders & Import Duties:

  • For customers outside the United States, please note that your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We are not able to estimate these fees in advance, as they are determined by your country’s customs agency. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay duties and the package is returned to us, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery delays or issues. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
