1. Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on bodycare products due to hygiene reasons. Please carefully review product details before making a purchase.

In the unlikely event that a bodycare product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with a return label, and upon receiving the damaged item, we will send you a replacement.
2. Return and Exchange Policy:

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.

Returns and exchanges are only applicable to products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

In-store purchases cannot be returned online, however, online purchases can be returned in-store. The order number is required upon return in-store.
3. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

Contact our customer service at store@shopwolfmoon.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

Once your return/exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return label for shipping.

Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, including a copy of the order confirmation.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement.
4. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
