1. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on bodycare products due to hygiene reasons. Please carefully review product details before making a purchase.

  • In the unlikely event that a bodycare product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with a return label, and upon receiving the damaged item, we will send you a replacement.

2. Return and Exchange Policy:

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the purchase date.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service at store@shopwolfmoon.com

  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable to products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • In-store purchases cannot be returned online, however, online purchases can be returned in-store. The order number is required upon return in-store.

3. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Contact our customer service at store@shopwolfmoon.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

  • Once your return/exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return label for shipping.

  • Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, including a copy of the order confirmation.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send out the replacement.

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
